Mallory Willink of Conrad Trosch and Kemmy, P.A. was recently asked to assist in creating a video tutorial for utilizing WebEx for court proceedings, along with another attorney, a local judge and judicial interns. We are pleased to share this valuable tutorial to assist you in learning how to use WebEx, as there are more uncertainties than ever during this time on how court proceedings are being conducted. Through virtual proceedings, we can provide you and your family with the same legal expertise you would have received prior to the pandemic in both North and South Carolina.

This recent initiative is one of several in which Mallory has been involved. Notably, she was recently requested to co-chair a committee with another local family law attorney to identify issues facing domestic law matters, and work to create solutions to address those issues. She has also volunteered as an integral member in the Mecklenburg Family Court Task Force. For more information on this please view our earlier blog.

“Web-Ex is a more secure platform than Zoom and has been utilized in both North and South Carolina for a variety of court matters and proceedings”, says Willink. “It is very important for all involved to know how to use this platform efficiently so that court proceedings advance as they should.”

Conrad Trosch and Kemmy, P.A. continues to rank as one of Charlotte’s Best Family Law firms. Practicing in both North Carolina and South Carolina, our expertise and client-centered focus have enabled us to help families for 50 years.
