Everyone is very respectful to one another here. It is a very rewarding place to work. We are made to feel like family and there is a great sense of compassion towards us and our personal lives.

What are your favorite aspects that you see on a daily basis at CTK?

There is a great sense of stewardship, compassionate discipline, wisdom, fairness, and conviction.
