Cathie J. Trosch
Mediation and Arbitration Practice Manager
Senior Civil Litigation Paralegal

For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of helping attorneys and clients navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. My career has focused on family law and civil litigation, where I have worked closely with individuals, families, and businesses facing difficult circumstances and important decisions. Throughout that time, I have provided comprehensive support in all phases of litigation, including case management, legal research, discovery, document preparation, trial coordination, and client communication.
Over the years, I have learned that every case is about more than legal issues. Behind every matter is a person looking for answers, guidance, and a path forward. I strive to be a steady and reassuring presence throughout the legal process, helping clients feel heard, informed, and supported every step of the way. Building trust and lasting relationships with clients has been one of the most meaningful and rewarding aspects of my career.
I take pride in being someone that attorneys, colleagues, and clients can depend on. Whether managing complex legal matters, solving problems behind the scenes, or simply taking the time to listen, my commitment has always been to provide exceptional service with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. I believe that clear communication, attention to detail, and treating every client with respect can make a meaningful difference during difficult times.
I am excited to join Conrad Trosch & Kemmy as the firm’s Mediation and Arbitration Practice Manager while also continuing to serve as a paralegal in the Civil Litigation Practice. After spending decades helping clients navigate litigation, I have come to appreciate the value of resolving disputes in a way that is practical, respectful, and focused on solutions. I look forward to helping individuals, families, and businesses find meaningful resolutions that reduce conflict, preserve relationships whenever possible, and allow them to move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
