Job Description
Conrad Trosch & Kemmy, P.A. seeks a full-time Family Law Paralegal to provide clerical and case support to the Family Law practice, including document preparation and review; interviewing clients and witnesses; research, investigations, fact checking, trial preparation, and case management. This role will support the assurance that a positive client experience is carried out with consistent professionalism, poise, and confidence. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual committed to masterful legal service to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve.
Qualifications and Compensation
The paralegal role requires a strong commitment to customer service; a high level of organization and attention to detail; an ability to get along with all types of people; and the emotional intelligence to deal effectively with a variety of emotional states. This role requires a solid understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings, and processes, and other related matters. Excellent verbal and written communications skills; time management; and problem-solving skills are a must. A minimum of 3 years paralegal experience is required. Paralegal certification and Notary preferred.
